Hello everyone! In this tutorial, I've explained what is plugin-sdk, why you should use it, and how to install it. plugin-sdk is a set of tools that you can use to create mods for GTA III, VC, and SA very easily. You can create any type of mod you want in less time because plugin-sdk will make your life better and easy.
